Title Ownership

Landstack allows users to purchase Land Registry titles and title plans directly through the platform, making ownership identification quick and easy. Title purchasing through Landstack also helps to eradicate the chances of multiple purchases of title plans as once a title is purchased this will automatically be shared with all the users within your organisation. 

Highlighting known landowners gives you the ability to identify corporate ownership data clearly on Landstack. At the click of a button, we will show you all corporate ownership from PLC’s to Co-op’s!

We also offer the ability to search through titles, this can be done either by title size where you can identify parcels of land that meet your size requirement. Alternatively, you can search by ownership so that you can see all land owned by an individual business, all you need is the name visible on Companies House and we will scan all titles so they can be seen on the Landstack map, this data will then be exportable as a CSV.
