Planning Data
On Landstack we show mixed-use, commercial, and residential planning applications which are all mapped by their detailed boundaries. When clicked on, each planning application will display a summary box that includes a hyperlink to the local plan Portal.
We split our planning application data into the following:
1. Pre-Applications
(Scoping, Screening, Environmental Impact Assessments)
2. Planning Applications (Outline, Full)
broken down into the following 4 Categories:
- Pending planning application (awaiting decision) – BLUE outline
- Granted planning application – GREEN outline
- Refused planning application – RED outline
- Withdrawn planning application – ORANGE outline
Check whether a site has a reserved matters application submitted on it by clicking the ‘View Planning Information’ on a Granted outline application. This is worth checking because it tells you if the site is getting/about to be built out. It also indicates which housebuilders are active in the area.
Planning Reports
Landstack also provides you with the ability to set up planning alerts to track new applications, allocated sites, and housing and land availability assessments in your area (this can be done across multiple districts)
