Listing Status: This is the current status of the listing on Rightmove so for example, Sold Subject to Contract (SSTC) or on the market.
Initial Asking Price: Simply, the first price the house was listed on when added to Rightmove
Asking Price: The most recent price advertised for that house on Rightmove
Number of Bedrooms: The number of bedrooms the house has.
Rightmove Listing Link: A link through to the Rightmove listing.
Residential Rental Values: The ability to view a heat map of PCM values and access all Rightmove data available for the rental property.

Landstacks comparable data gives our users extensive insight into the house prices in a certain area. The standard comparable data is taken from the Land Registry house price index with the additional option to include Rightmove data as part of your subscription.

We partnered with Rightmove to provide a more up-to-date and filterable view showing a wealth of property data including but not limited to:
